A park member found a small dog today at 3rd & Cambridge Streets.  He appears to be about 10-12 lbs.  He is brindle colored, and appears to be a Pekingnese mix.  The dog was not wearing a collar.  If you have any information, please contact the Morris Animal Refuge, where the dog was taken.  They are located at 1242 Lombard St.  Their phone number is (215) 735-3256.  Below is a picture of the dog.
