Dog Attack on 4th & Poplar. Last night around 7:30pm, a member’s dog was attacked, unprovoked, at 4th and Poplar Sts by an unleashed, stray (no owner) 30-40 lb black/dark grey pit mix (sex unk, had a collar, but no tags).  There have been reports of other incidents with a similarly described dog.  Please be careful.
