REMINDER:

Seeking Board Nominations.  An at-large Board member recently resigned, so we are seeking nominations for a member to serve out her term, through April, 2012.

a.      How to Nominate: Interested members may either self-nominate or nominate another member by filling out the attached nomination form. Nomination forms are due this Friday, July 1, 2011 – please send completed forms via e-mail to Board Secretary Eman Abouelseoud at eabouels@gmail.com.

b.      Qualifications: (1) You must be a dues paying member to serve on the board (check with Eman if you are not sure of your dues status); (2) You must be available to meet monthly with the Board (meetings are currently the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7pm); (3) You must be available to make decisions/consult re: issues between monthly meetings by email; (4) You must be willing to serve out the remainder of the term, through April 2012.
