Orianna Hill Dog Park Auction and Fundraiser, June 12, 2010 (6-10pm) at the NLNA Community Center (3rd & Fairmount).

Come out to the Northern Liberties Community Center on June 12th to support the Park!   Proceeds from the event will go to replacing the fencing on the Orianna and Poplar Street sides of the Park (the Park recently received a $7000 grant from Penn Treaty Special Services District for the fencing, but we need to raise at least another $6500 to complete the entire project).

Details are as follows:
Date:  Saturday, June 12, 2010, from 6-10pm at the NLNA Community Center (3rd & Fairmount)
Tickets:  $20 (the first 50 attendees will receive a door prize).  Tickets available at the door, or buy your ticket online (if you pay online, your ticket(s) will be available at the door, “will-call” style).
Food & Drink: Dinner and appetizers will be provided, as well as beer and wine.

Auction & Raffle Details:

• All Prizes combined total worth of over thousands of dollars!
• Door Prizes (1st 50 people): Free Rita’s Water Ice Gift Certificates, Free Proportions Gourmet Dog Food Samples, Cafe La Maude
• Silent Auction:  Bidding begins at 6pm, and ends at 8:30pm sharp.  Winners announced at 8:45pm.  Items availble for silent auction listed below.
• Raffle Items:  Raffles Drawn and Winners Announced at 8:45pm.
  Items availble for raffle listed below.
• Live Auction:  Begins at 9pm.  Live Auction items listed below.
• Payment: Silent and Live Auction Items can be paid for via Credit Card, as well as cash or check!  Raffle tickets can only be bought via cash or check.
