Jon called the meeting to order at 3:00PM.
Board meetings will now be held monthly, Tuesdays at 6PM in the bookstore. First monthly meeting is 7 October.
Current balance is $6377.86 as of August 29.
Work day: It took a long time to get chips from the city even with all of Robin's clout. In the future we should consider buying chips 2 or 3 times a year.
Other most requested improvement is running water. Should cost about $3K -$6K; Neil will talk to Sally about details.
Gypsy moths: Pray for a cold winter which will kill the caterpillars.
Upcoming events: Hound-o-ween, Election early next year.
David moves to accept Irene Lambrou and Lara Kelly as new board members as per bylaws changes, Tim seconds. Motion passed unanimously and the board welcomed the new members.
Jon moves not to accept terrorism rider to insurance for $103 additional. David seconds. Motion passed unanimously.
Jon to pay insurance $1125 David seconds. Pass unan.
Jon moves to reimburse Neil for web site expenses and new taps for water barrel. DW seconds. Motion passed unanimously.
